Once I was near tears because I sat for over 40 minutes with foil on my fingers because the technician started and then went to attend to someone else – that should have been no more than 15 minutes to let the polish remover do it’s work. I always feel rushed when I go in there, yet it takes so long. Many times I got a shellac manicure and in less than a week it was already chipping. When I would request the serenity manicure as part of my service, each experience was completely different. Often, while I was being attended to, my nail technician was helping someone else as well. Even with making an appointment, I never made it out of there in less than 90 minutes, which is far too long for something like a shellac manicure or dipping powder. However over the last six months, the service and quality has declined. I often went on weekends and Cookie did amazing facials. When I first started going there over a year ago I was very pleased with the service.
